Paul YUAN formerly served as Assistant to the Chairman of Harita Group in Indonesia; Executive Director of Dalian KTL Machinery Co., Ltd; General Manager of Dongguan NISSIN Communication Technology Co., Ltd; Vice President of Shenzhen Longrun Investment Management Co., Ltd., and in 2007 he founded TOPAK with his partner (Peter KE).
